Associate Producer

Position Summary:

The Associate Producer assists in the creation of quality copywriting, audio and video production and assisting management in assuring that creative content moves efficiently through the production. This position also works closely with programming, regional staff, traffic and production departments as well as with clients. Responsibilities include daily copywriting, audio production and video work. Including, but not limited to conceptualizing, voicing and assembling of audio & video pieces. Special projects, remote recording and job shadowing may be required from time to time.

Required Qualifications :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production.
• Experience conceptualizing, writing and producing professional quality multi-media content.
• Proficiency with Pro Tools, Final Cut, Filemaker, Scott Studios, and other software programs are required.
• Script writing experience is required.
• Ability to attend to numerous details under the stress of maintaining multiple projects simultaneously (multi-tasking) is crucial.
• High level of attention to detail
• Good written & verbal communication skills

Required Education:

Associates degree in broadcasting or equivalent experience in copywriting and audio & video production.
